Approach

I work on problems where ambition meets complexity.

My focus is helping serious operators and institutions move from intent to execution, particularly in infrastructure, industrial, sustainability, and AI-enabled systems where scale, capital, and coordination matter.

 

I come in early enough to shape strategy, and close enough to operations to make it real.

 

This includes clarifying the business model, structuring go-to-market pathways, aligning partners, and supporting capital formation, including working alongside teams to raise and close capital.

 

I am most useful at moments of transition, when a project moves from concept to deployment, from pilot to scale, or from founder-led momentum to institutional engagement.

 

My role is to reduce friction, translating complex realities into structures that capital, partners, and decision-makers can trust.

About

I am an operator by training and inclination.

Over the past 14 years, I have worked across technology, sustainability, and infrastructure, helping teams launch new initiatives, enter markets, and navigate periods of growth and transition.

 

Alongside this work, I hold a strategy and product leadership role at a Tier-1 Canadian financial institution, which keeps my perspective grounded in institutional realities around risk, governance, and capital.

 

I am most often involved when projects move from ambition to execution, and when clarity, alignment, and a credible path to capital become critical.

I selectively help founders, operators, and institutions who want to build durable businesses and projects, attract serious partners, and raise capital with discipline.
